Iran Repatriation Catalog Missing

Hello, I want to discover more about my Armenian ancestors that lived in Iran and I’m trying to access the document named “Iranitsʿ Hayastan hergaghtʿatsneri, 1843-1953“, but there is no way to let me read it. Can someone help me and provide the document please? Thank you in advance.

When I click on any of the icons I get the wording

"This item is not currently digitally accessible due to access restrictions"

My understanding is that this means what it says, and that the records are not accessible.

Looking at the FamilySearch Library catalog for the Salt Lake City Library, I do not think it is even possible to view the actual microfilms, as they are all stored in the Granite Mountain Record Vault, which I understand are not currently available. However, perhaps someone else may have other information.

It is stated the records are originally from the Armenian Republic Archive of Modern History. Perhaps you could contact that Archive.
