How do I transfer memories from Ancestry to FamilySearch?
What all is involved in manually transferring memories from Ancestry to FamilySearch? Do I need to cite who originally added the memories to Ancestry?

You need to get permission from each user who uploaded the images and memories you are looking to add to FamilySearch . . .4 -
As Nyx773 suggests, you should ask each contributor's permission before using the images. If they agree, then, yes, you should cite where you found the image.
For due diligence, you should try, by independent research, to ensure the image pertains to the individual. Over the years, I've seen far too many generic photos used to represent ancestors. And, today, we are seeing photos generated by artificial intelligence used for ancestral profiles.
If the photo is yours and one that you've added to your Ancestry tree, you can create a "sharing" link from Ancestry and use that to link the image on the relevant profile in the FamilySearch tree.
