Sources Disappear After Creation
I upload a photo of a parish record to the Sources section of a person, and they show up on the list of sources, but then I refresh or leave and come back to the Sources section, and they disappear.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
I also fill out all the information sections of the source record, I have dates listed, and they are still present in the Memories section, but disappear from the Sources.

@Jay59827 Thank you so much for being a part of the Community. This is an interesting problem. Could you give us some more information for clarification? Is this happening on the app or the browser? Could you also provide identification numbers and screenshots, so that we can better know exactly what the problem is? When you upload a photo of a record to the Sources section of a person in FamilySearch, it should appear in the list of sources. If the sources disappear after refreshing or leaving the section, it may be due to a syncing issue or a temporary glitch. Ensure that you are saving the source correctly by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the Family tree profile of the person. 2. Click the Sources tab. 3. Click Add Source and follow the prompts to attach your record. 4. Make sure to save any changes before leaving the page. It looks like, from your post, you probably followed these steps. The last step is the most important, so make sure you have saved your additions and changes.
One useful tool I like to use when adding a source is to add it to my source box. Then, if a glitch does happen, hopefully it will be saved in my source box. Recently, I attached a screenshot of a birth record for a child born in 1917. I then added it to my memories gallery. I went into my memories gallery and changed the photo to a document.
After changing it to a document, I attached the source to the person's sources and saved it to my source box so I could attach the same record to the parents, whose names are also on the document.
In your Memories gallery, if you click on the ellipsis or 3 dots on the right, you can see that a drop-down arrow shows up with the option to Change to Document.
