Help changing a wrong entry on my family tree
Someone who I don’t know removed my grandmother from my tree and put her mother in her place. It’s mildly annoying and I can’t figure out how to change it back. Please help. This has set me back quite a ways in creating my tree.

On FamilySearch, people work collaboratively to create "one world tree" which is a unified database that aims to contain one entry for each person recorded in genealogical records.
The good news and the bad news is that anyone can work on any deceased person's profile. Sometimes strangers or distant family members can make brilliant discoveries. Usually they do no harm.
Other times, they can make a mess and I often have to remind myself that no one "owns" any profiles or branches of the FS tree.
If I'm understanding your situation correctly, it sounds like:
— There is a profile in existence for your grandmother.
— That profile was detached from the tree.
— In your grandmother's place is a profile for someone who is not only incorrect but does not appear to be related to you.
I hope you are following all profiles of interest to you. If so, your following list will have your grandmother's person identification number (PID). From there, you can swap out the incorrect PID with the correct PID.
If you do not know your grandmother's PID, go to one of profiles for her immediate family members (her husband, parents, or children). On the Details tab, scroll down on the right side to "Latest Changes" click "Show All" to pull up the change log. It should show your grandmother being detached and the current profile replacing it.
