document citations in search don't match document
I'm curious to know where these listings come from since the document referenced is a Houston location. I see this frequently, often wildly different from the actual document. Documents cited are not related, no particular location. Any ideas?

This is from two long standing problems in search results that showed up a few years ago and which the engineers are reported to be working on.
It can due to a problem with the on-the-fly standardization that takes a vague or ambiguous place and turns it into semi-random standard place in the search result list. Basically you can't trust the place in the search results and always need to double check the actual source.
It can also be due to an error when the place as originally indexed underwent a batch standardization routine which resulted in a small percentage of places being incorrectly standardized. Fortunately that original indexing still appears in the source. Again, don't trust the Event Place. Always check the Event Place (Original):
