Place Name corrupted or changed?
I double-checked to be sure.
All locations (apparently) within Moselle department, France are showing Mosel (German).
The change had to be recently - about 3 weeks ago because I know I was adding more relatives names to FamilyTree itself.
Bousbach, Moselle, France changed to Bousbach, Mosel, France (wrong)
Alsting, Moselle, France changed to Alsting, Mosel, France (wrong)
Forbach, Moselle, France changed to Forbach, Mosel, France (wrong)
to name a few.
I checked PlaceStandards and they are showing correct spelling - Moselle.
I checked Sourcelinkers since there were hints, and they are showing correct spelling - Moselle.
I have hundreds, if not thousands to add and I do not appreciate having to correct the spelling to French one every time I add.

Do you have "German" as your selected language when entering these places?
With my settings to English, the name appears with the French spelling. If I switch to German, I see the German spelling.

It was Alsting, Mosel, France, Bousbach, Mosel, France, Forbach, Mosel, France and I checked just about every place within Moselle department, it was Mosel, not Moselle.
Somebody apparently noticed and fixed the problem.
Now the correct French spelling are listed all of a sudden last night - about 3 hours after I posted of this problem.
