It looks like John's daughter, Elizabeth, is also marked as John's father Amos's daughter (making her John's sister). If you clear one of those relationships, the error should go away.

I wish the notification of problems like this would better explain the issue; it tends to show on peripheral profiles, without explaining that the actual problem is elsewhere.

Or, if Elizabeth was adopted by John's father or raised by him, make sure you have clarified this in a note, set the proper relationship in the Parent - Child relationship pop up, and then you can just ignore the error.
