How can I remove a "memory" incorrectly attached to over 700 profiles?

A descendant outline with sequential numbering has been incorrectly attached to two ancestor profiles I'm following. I examined the document, but it does not relate to my persons of interest. I tried to detach it from them, but because there are more than 700 profiles attached to this memory, it seems to create some sort of page error that keeps me from doing so.

I was able to detach a handful of names (which also don't happen to be mentioned in the document), but the vast majority just say "failed to load", when I try to view/edit the tag in order to detach.

I'm specifically talking about memory 196160377, incorrectly attached to L75D-2YN and L1WW-HVD.

I got an answer back for you.

So sorry about this problem—and it is a problem, but one that most FamilySearch users will never see. The root cause was fixed long ago, so most won't ever encounter this situation where numerous tags won't load. And engineers have fixed the system so this can't happen again.

Unfortunately, you happen to be one of the unlucky few where the numerous tags still won't load. And because they won't load, you will never be able to detach the necessary PIDs (as you have experienced for yourself).

This issue has been forwarded to the Memories Team for investigation. You will not be able to correct this; please allow time for the Memories Team to investigate and work on.

@tyams Yes, I see what you mean…. as I look at those PIDs you posted, and as I go in and view that specific Memory, it won't even let me load all the Tags. So I can't find Obediah's or Rhonda's PIDs to detach.

Let me look into this further and get back to you.
