Full name review often breaks after adding a new highlight.

In Full name review, sometimes after having to add a new highlight, when you click on the "Done" button on step 4 you get an error pop up that reads: "Something went wrong on this page An error occurred on this page. Please wait a few minutes and try again." With a cancel button, and a refresh button. And no, refreshing and trying again does not let you put it in. It happens over and over again every time that you select "Done", until you give up and start over with a new page, or go back and skip that name with the "Unsure" button. This happens at least most of the time with permanently getting stuck like this, when a new highlight has been added. It does not do this every time that you have to add a new highlight, but it does a lot. This has been a bug for a long time. The only way that I have found to work around it and keep going with that page is to go back and skip that name, or to put it in incorrectly by putting it all in the same box without adding the highlight, which is obviously not what I should do, and sometimes would not even work, like with when I only have a box for a first name and it breaks when I try to add one for the last name, or with this times problem of it having highlighted 2 lines of text, and 2 peoples names in the same box because of it, and me not being able to separate them. I am not sure if it does it when new highlights have not been added too sometimes.

    This happens at least usually after adding a new highlight that you had to make yourself. It does happen sometimes when adding highlight boxes that are already there if I remember correctly, but not nearly as often. When it does happen when including already existing highlight boxes, it is usually when highlighting punctuation in particular, like clicking on an existing highlight box for a "." in someones initials, (then you can sometimes bypass the problem by not adding the highlight boxes for the punctuation, and typing the periods in with the name anyway without all of the boxes for the name highlighted). But mostly I encounter it when I have had to add my own highlight, like for a name that does not have one to select. It happens often then.

    @TimothyE

    I went into Full Name Review this morning in the Wyoming, USA batch and didn't seem to have any problems. There could be a possible glitch in the specific batch you were working on. It might be helpful to know what country you were working in. I will bring this issue to our team meeting for discussion. I hope to get you an answer. Please check back.

    @TimothyE

    We discussed this issue in our Team meeting today. If this happens again, could you please provide a URL to the record you are working on?

    Sorry for the late response, it was also USA ones. I will try to post the URL when it happens again. I often run into it at least a few times when I am doing it. Again, it seems like it is most often a problem when I have to make my own highlight box, but I think it happens more rarely other times too.

    What I usually do is do full name reviews for a few hours once a week, and I have just ran out of time today without getting the problem again myself. But it did happen last week, and it has been happening occasionally for at least months. I will try to remember to post the URL here when it happens again.

    I might have got it again at the last minute, but It did not get stuck this time so it might be different, because it only did it once this time instead of getting stuck like it usually does. hitting refresh actually let me keep going, unlike last week where it did not fix it which is what I was trying to bug report.
    So again, this might not be the same problem. I was on "John Triplett Haxall Jr." but again, it was a one time thing on this one and did not get stuck: https://www.familysearch.org/en/getinvolved/full-name-review?action=EnhanceImageRecords&language=en&placeCode=1&placeName=United%20States&task=Full%20Name%20Review&autoGenImageArk=3%3A1%3A939K-365M
