About finding duplicate individuals and duplicate trees?
Particularly for early individuals in the family tree, I'm finding duplicates, and it appears that sometimes these duplicates offer alternative family trees. I'd like to take advantage of multiple browser views or tabs to compare the duplicate or alternative trees directly.
What is the easiest / best way of identifying these duplicate individuals and trees?

Using the example of Richard Meador in Aine’s post—you can also display the search results in a data sheet. The data sheet columns can be customized to show or hide specific columns—and can be exported to a spreadsheet for more advanced filtering.
