I've run into this too. I've been wondering if it's the same underlying issue as has been affecting Connecticut records lately.

I Just saw the same error with this Evangelical Lutheran Church in America records database, for Benjamin Erwin Clark, LWFJ-GJZ; same as with the CT records, as posted above.
