It sounds as if you have an alert from the DQS (Data Quality Score).
Can you share the PID so we can see the problem? It's specific to the person/profile.1 -
If you don't want to share the ID for some reason and if looking at the profile does not obviously show where the problem is, then the first two things to do are:
A) Check the standardization of all death and marriage years. In the past it was not all that hard to accidentally have a displayed date have a different year than its linked standard. So click on the dates and make sure the standards have the same year as the displayed dates.
B) Open the Couple Event pop up and see if there are multiple marriage events and if any of them are wrong:
Clean up that Events section as needed.
If neither of those are the problem, then if you want helping finding where the problem is (and there is one!) you are going to have to share the profile ID.
