I am looking for
It is the only waypoint that I can find that is inaccessible, which seems suspicious. I would like to have my guest send a feedback for this, but I can't find a feedback box, nor can I find a DGS number for these records, which DGS should have a feedback box. Or, the alternative is that you might check this problem out.

I agree, that looks a bit suspicious. That DGS is one of only a few within that collection that is inaccessible.
Some of the index books are also showing as inaccessible.
Some of those may be restricted because they are relatively recent.
I recommend that you complete the Record Issue form found at the top of the Search category.

From my experience when using the Records Issue form, I suggest making a printed copy for your files before submitting. You should receive an email acknowledgement within a day or two.
