is restricted and cannot be viewed even at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library.
Ancestry.com has the collection. If you do not have a subscription, many public libraries offer free access to Ancestry on-site.

Yes, I know the links are different - I was offering the link in case the poster has a subscription.
But it's an easy tweak to change the URL to access at a library.At the FSC, just insert the word institution between Ancestry and the dot com.
At most libraries, it's the word library, although at my library, it's also the word institution.3 -
