Missing parish register film 007561567 for Pleasley in Derbyshire, England, 1921
I'm helping someone who viewed a film on FamilySearch some years ago. They found their grandparents' marriage in January 1921. The copy they took was poor so tried to go back recently to the same film in order to get a better copy.
However, the film can no longer be found on FamilySearch. It is film 007561567
It is St Michaels Parish Church, Pleasley, Derbyshire, England, marriage register for January 1921. (Parts of Pleasley are in Nottinghamshire)
We wondered why we cannot find it. Has it been withdrawn or moved to another film?

@Lavender1925 - I can't do a full investigation on Pleasley but I would suspect - and the official FamilySearch access team needs to confirm this - that the restriction is at least partly commercial in origin. Many (or even all) Derbyshire PRs are on Ancestry and there is every likelihood that Ancestry negotiated a period of exclusive use of the PRs with the Derbyshire Record Office. This will imply some sort of restriction on what FS can show online.
In support of this idea, I checked a 1919 marriage from Pleasley which has index and image on Ancestry but only an index on FS (ie no image). All sorts of commercial agreements might give rise to that combination.
Having said that, the marriage register for 1921 isn't on Ancestry either - it appears that the last Pleasley marriage register on Ancestry was completed in 1919 at the request of the local Registrar after some shenanigans. This suggests that the 1921 register has entries dated inside the privacy window - whatever that might be - so that's possibly another reason that film isn't available. Indeed, the FS screenshot above mentions marriages in the 1950s which are probably still regarded as private. (Ancestry and FS might have different privacy windows for purely practical reasons)
I repeat, you need to get this confirmed by the Record Issues team - I just got interested because I couldn't remember who, if anyone, has the Derbyshire PRs

In the catalog entry for Parish registers for Pleasley, 1553-1963, you can see that the entry for Film 355586 with DGS 7561567 is described as "Baptisms, 1813-1905; Marriages, 1755-1956; Burials, 1813-1926." Note in particular that the marriages on that film extend all the way to 1956, a mere 70 years ago. At this point the access permissions for this DGS apply to the entire film, and thus the entire film is hidden from view.
I understand how helpful those images can be for your research. Unfortunately, those images are restricted by FamilySearch or other custodial entities. These restrictions are in place to honor agreements and other laws.

The DGS is still on FamilySearch, but it is showing as restricted from view.
You may find it beneficial to file a Record Issue report to make sure the restriction is not in error.
