Are these images locked from access everywhere?
I tried accessing both volumes 996412 and 996413 but when I tried viewing at a family search center it is not accessible still. Is it just the center I am that it won’t work or are the rights revoked on these volumes?

Both show as available at a FamilySearch Center. Were you logged in using the Premium Content extension?1 -
For those of us who may not be familiar with the term Premium Content extension; I learned from Google that the FamilySearch Center Premium Content browser extension gives you free access to paid genealogy websites when you use a computer connected to the Liahona Wi-Fi network at a FamilySearch Center or Church meetinghouse. Requirements and SetupBrowsers: Available for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Network: Your device must connect to the Liahona Wi-Fi network at a local Church facility.Access Portal: After setup, open the FamilySearch Center Portal to see the full list of unlocked genealogy records.
For "first-timers at a FS Center/affiliate" please don't hesitate to ask for help finding a particular name, etc; they are always happy to help and/or direct you to someone who can.
