Can a "full name" include first and middle initials with last name?

    Look at the record to see what is considered a full name. Some records in full name will only be a surname, or an initial and a given name. If the record only shows a surname, go ahead and click yes, and make sure it is in the surname box. If the highlight shows only a surname highlighted and there is no highlight on the first name and middle initial, then the answer you should click is no. Then go ahead and click on the first name and initial and attach a highlight. I find it best to give each part of the name its own highlight. Check the review panel to see whether each part of the name is in the correct box (given name, surname, prefixes, suffixes, e.g., Jr., Sr.). If you see a need to correct a spelling or if part of a name has been put in the wrong box, then manually correct.
