Weaker Hint - Unable to View/Attach?

When clicking on the Weaker Hint displayed in Research Help in FamilyTree, a message "We're unable to show this record" appears with further explanation as noted below.

It appears that if a record source is presented as a Weaker Hint that a user should be allowed to view at least the transcription, and have the option to attach the source to a profile page…. If not, then why is the hint even provided; it can be accessed through non-FamilySearch websites anyway.

Please let me know if there is something I'm not considering. Thanks for the help!

@Ottley BQ There's a bug in the FS Findagrave Index and engineers are working on it, meanwhile you might try looking on Find-A-Grave — I looked tonight and found 9 Grace S Perkins that may interest you. You probably have the record hints/possibilities I found listed on Ancestry Happy Hunting

@Ottley BQ - yes, there is indeed an issue with the FindAGrave index, but there is another, wider aspect to consider.

Unless I'm totally missing the plot, hints are attached to profiles regardless of who the user is. For instance, a hint might be visible only to a member of the LDS Church. The system doesn't know whether I'm a Church member or not (I'm not) until I log in, so the hint is shown anyway, even if I can't act on it. Alternatively, the hint might only be visible at a FamilySearch site or an Associate Library. Again the system doesn't initially know where I am, so it gives me the hint anyway - besides, I might want to arrange to go to an AL etc.

About the only category of hint that gets completely suppressed for me is LDS collections. So far as I know, everything else is visible even if I can't act on it - I might be wrong, it's always difficult to know what you can't see.

Based on experience with some collections that have recently been suppressed, the hints are generated while the collection was accessible. Or, in the case of Findagrave and other problematic collections, before the gremlin took hold. If the Findagrave collection is refreshed before the gremlin is repaired, we won't see the hint at all. If the gremlin is banished first, then we'll receive the hint and be able to see the record.
