In Family Indexing Review, Two different records, Same Page, Siblings, Same Parents.
In Puerto Rico, Catholic Church Records, 1645-2021 , Image 167 of 562, Image Group Number# 108433860.
There are two separate records on the same page: baptismal records of two little boys with the same parents. I am unable to add the parents to both boys. I get a message that says:
So, in other words, it appears I have to remove the father's relationship to principal son Jose Antonio in order to create a relationship to the other principal son, Adalberto Vasquez Sanchez. Has anyone run into this kind of issue in Family Indexing Review? I would love any tips you have.

@dancingintherain This situation has been my greatest foe in completing these records. It happens frequently and sometimes I can bypass it and other times I work for an hour trying to fix it and eventually get a more permanent message that says something like "It seems something went wrong. Try to Refresh the page or Go Back." The Refresh rarely works and I end up going back which loses my submission for a credit on my FIR, BUT, the work that I've done in Record Details and Edit is still recorded in AI. I figure it is still there for someone else to use when they try to finish and submit it. The only way I can explain is to try to fix and/or verify the correct information by going back and forth between the New Tool and the Old Tool for that record. Sometimes I have had to Delete and Re-Enter family members for the system to accept the corrections. Sometimes I just can't. I'm glad that you brought this up. There may be a program error and I figured as the Engineers see the leftover/incorrect names left at the end of Manage Indexes that AI programming will eventually be changed.

The default seems to consider them as two separate records, and leave the parent unification to the tree level. Alternatively, you can move all the people to one record.
People can only have relationships within the same record, not across records.

@dancingintherain This is neither a design flaw nor a problem. A birth record is to create one birth event record for each child. That record consists of the principal person who is the child, birth information for that child, and parent information for that child. Even if there are twins, each child its to have its own record. And each child is to have its own set of parents.
So it doesn't matter if a set of parents has two children on the same page or on two different pages. In both situations you need to enter a new copy of the parents for each child. Ignore the fact that the two births are on the same page. Treat them as if the births were ten pages apart.
