Suggested records to review
I have attached this, and 100 more.. These suggestions are very helpful.
However, when I am done with the person covered by the suggestion, I suggest that the suggestion be removed after 2-3 days from my side as it takes up space. It is better that suggestions appear on those who remain to be investigated. This is a simple matter for a programmer :)

It looks like you are talking about the Suggested Records Campaign. It's my impression that the primary purpose of that campaign is to show you records that are related to your family that you can examine to learn more about your family members. The ability to attach the records as sources is a secondary (but still important) purpose. The primary purpose is fulfilled by presenting all the relevant records, whether they are attached or not. Yes, it would be a simple matter for a programmer to focus on the secondary purpose and hide the records have been attached — so simple that you can be confident that it is not simply an oversight, but that the choice of which records are shown is intentional (even if it might not match your preference).
If you are focused on attaching records that have not yet been attached to person profiles, I would recommend that you use the Record Hint Tasks feature that is found on the home page. That feature will show you only record hints that have not yet been attached.
