Mysterious "Other" relationship in Tree Search result list
I did a tree search for Rodger Kearney with an ANY event exact place of New Zealand. The first result in the list was the following:

What concerns me is the presence of the profile reference in the Others section of the Relationships column. That Catherine Isabelle is nowhere to be found in Rodger's profile or change log. I assumed that she would be in Rodger's "Other Relationships", but, no, there is nothing there. The only correlation is the fact that she and Rodger's second wife have the same first names. If I open the "Other" Catherine Isabelle's profile, I see that she has a husband and a son (all three without any vital dates or places), and the son was married in France on 2 September 1687. Those French profiles were all last updated by FamilySearch in June 2012.
What is causing the search results to include a reference to an unrelated person who lived 250 years before Rodger?

I just repeated your search - Rodger Kearney, Any Exact, New Zealand. Running Windows 11, Chrome, on my PC.
No "Others" field in my results:

Using Firefox browser on a Mac Book, I obtained the same results as Áine by doing a "Find"

I had turned the "Search All Trees" Lab project off a few days ago.
I turned it back on, ensured that "All Trees" was selected in the Collection option, and performed the same Search again. Same results. No "Others" field. Used Firefox this time.

Here is the mantra that I failed to include in my original post: I am using Windows 11 and Chrome. I have cleared the FamilySearch cookies.
Today is a brand new day, and my computer has restarted (about 4 times because it was just after Patch Tuesday). Chrome has also updated itself. I have also completely cleared my Recents list. Nevertheless, I am still seeing exactly the same behaviour as I reported, with the "Other" Catherine Isabelle (no last name) appearing in the search result for Rodger Kearney. This is happening only in Chrome, not in Firefox or Edge.
Originally, I had been looking at the Quigley family. At that point, Catherine had only her first marriage recorded, and no death date. Rodger wasn't on my radar at that point. In order to find her death, I checked the NZ BDM website to see if Catherine had remarried after the death of her (first) husband, Andrew. She had, and I was able to find her death and birth dates. At that point, I went looking for Rodger's profile via the Search/Find form, and I found him. At that point, Rodger had only his first marriage recorded. I don't recall whether his search result included the other Catherine at that point, but I doubt it. Since I entered the second marriage, Rodger's search result has repeatedly included the other Catherine (in Chrome only). Here's an actual screenshot:

@JulianBrown38 I am also unable to duplicate the problem, and I am also using Chrome on Windows 11.
Just a tip for reporting such issues with search: you can avoid ambiguity and simplify the process of replication for other Community members if you include the URL for your actual search. Here's the search I did:

This result differs from yours in 2 material ways:
- The 1946 Marriage is not listed. This surely appears in your results because Rodger married Catherine Isabelle Quigley in 1946, but I can't explain why it doesn't appear for me
- The mysterious Catherine Isabelle 97M4-2Z9 is also not listed.
My result is exactly what @Áine.ní.Donnghaile reported.
To be clear, I am doing a Find just as shown in the screenshot by @Nyx773: Family Tree > Find > Find by Name, First Names=Rodger, Last Names=Kearney, More Options, Add Life Event > Any, Place Name=New Zealand, Exact Place. I assume you are doing these same steps.
I don't know if it's related, but I find it curious that you are seeing two Marriage events listed. I have done multiple similar searches in the last few minutes for people who certainly have multiple spouses with distinct events attached to each couple relationship. But I never see more than one Marriage event listed in the Events column for their search results, even though I do see the multiple spouses listed. Clearly neither Áine nor I am seeing multiple Marriage events for your search.
And of course it is also curious that you are reporting that it happens on Chrome, but not on Firefox or Edge. I'd recommend that you use the exact same URL for the search in each browser to make sure that you are doing precisely the same search, but this is a fairly simple search, so that probably won't make a difference. On Firefox and Edge, do you still see both Marriage events listed?

Windows 11, Chrome, Data Table, and I see the "extra" Catherine Isabelle, but it's hidden to the right off the screen until I do a horizontal scroll.

@Alan E. Brown @Miss Jessie Thank you for your responses. Before you had posted them, I had made some progress on the supplementary question as to why some users can see the behaviour I reported and others cannot. It boils down to the fact that the appearance of the other Catherine (and also the absence of the second marriage event) in the result list depends on settings of the search preferences. The behaviour I observed only occurs if either (a) Data Sheet is chosen or (b) Fixed Table and All Information are chosen.
In addition, those preference choices are stored independently for each browser type. I had set All Information for Chrome some time ago. Because I rarely use Firefox or Edge, I had not set the preferences there, and they had Default Information set. This explains why I can't see the other Catherine in Firefox or Edge. I have opened another discussion to report this behaviour.
