Go to the person page for the person in question. In the right-hand column on the details tab, locate the latest changes. Click on show all and it will display all the changes that have been made to the profile. It includes the contact ID of the person making the changes. Click on the contact ID and send a message to the person making the entry. Assuming Alan Reginald Pritchard, PHVK-3R5 is your grandfather, his father now showing as Arthur Edward Griffiths, PDYB-ML4 was originally listed as Alfred Pritchard. Another user, contact ID, tildybug, changed the name. I would go to the person page of Arthur Edward Griffiths, PDYB-ML4, go to the latest changes, click on the Contact ID tildybug and make contact.
