Person changing tree based on Copilot "Information"

The profile LZ6G-3XH, and likely others, have been changed by a user based on hallucinated information from Copilot. I contacted the person in question, but I'm not hopeful, as it seems somebody else has already tried to convince them of the error to no avail. Is there anything more that can be done? And does this qualify as abuse?

You can certainly try reporting it as abuse. In my experience, much patience is required in reporting. You'll likely receive several form replies that it is not abuse, with links to help articles about communicating with the other party. Often, those links are broken.
My last encounter with reporting abuse took 3 months and many reports to resolve.
