"Find a Grave" memorials "We're unable to show this record"
Over the past several days, I have been noting that several "Find a Grave" memorials generate "We're unable to show this record" errors. For example, there are hints for Find a Grave Index entries for James Carrigan (James Carrigan (1858–1910) • Person • Family Tree) and his wife Anna Guinan (Anna Guinan (1866–1953) • Person • Family Tree). However, clicking on the hint generates the error.
The memorials are available through Find a Grave:
James Carrigan (1858-1910) - Find a Grave Memorial
Anna Guinan Carrigan (unknown-1953) - Find a Grave Memorial
These cannot be found/added through FamilySearch's Find a Grave Index search area either (Find a Grave Index: World Burial Records | FREE Search), also including Anna's mother Jane Reagan's memorial (Jane Reagan Guinan (unknown-1906) - Find a Grave Memorial).
In contrast, the Find a Grave entries for James and Anna's son Thomas Carrigan (Thomas Carrigan (1891–1898) • Person • Family Tree) and Anna's father Daniel Guinan (Daniel Guinan (1840–1916) • Person • Family Tree) were able to be attached.
Again, these are only a few of several examples in recent days that have generated this error, and it is unclear why most Find a Grave memorials (including close relatives) would be available to attach, but others not.

Dallas Head Bruce (1900-1976) - Find a Grave Memorial
on the Find a Grave website but not in Find a Grave index on family search.

Some issues have been reported recently regarding deleted/missing images. Those issues lead to problems similar to what you mention.
I'm not staff or a mod, just an active user of the website and the community. From what I know, staff is working on the problem.2 -

I found a discussion with a similar issue from 2024. As @Gordon Collett's second post showed, the memorials in question were each missing from the index.
Unfortunately, that couple is still not in the database.
As to this thread, James Carrigan's ID isn't in the database either, nor Dallas Bruce's.
So, unfortunately, I think the recent issues are only part of the puzzle.

I received confirmation this morning that a Work Order is in process. That should fix at least some of the issues.

@SteveLinke just a warning to keep a local copy of anything you submit though the Records Issues Form as you will have no access to the completed form post submission (so same as for Suggest an Idea/Feedback). @shecorwe could you possibly add this warning to your standard text re the form as above. Thanks.

I reported the issue on the Record Issues Form, but that is pretty labor-intensive. Here is another example.
