Error when editing women's names in Source Linker

When I try to edit a woman's surname in the Source Linker, I am frequently getting an erroneous prompt.

It just happened to me on Nanie Banner (ID PZQQ-BMP). For context, her husband's name is William. Here is the prompt I get when I try to edit her name. Note the third item where it tells me this person's name is William. That is exactly the same thing that has happened to me a number of times over the last couple of days.
