I am trying to look at a record that is restricted and can only be viewed while online at a Family History center or affiliate library. I won't be able to get to library anytime soon so is it possible for someone to look up the record if they happen to be at a center/library and send me a screenshot? I have all the information for exactly where to find it.

In the catalog it is film 13049 (v. 29, 31-33 Western Shore 1795-1796) and exact record should be numbered in there as Folio 485.

It is a naturalization record for Anthony Bilizoli, the date was August 3rd 1795 but it is in the book of court records for the May 1796 session of court.

If anyone can help me out I would appreciate it so much! Thanks!

    @AmySikora

    Even when images are viewable at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library, some collections remain under contractual restrictions that do not allow copying, downloading, screenshots, or redistribution. These limits come from agreements with the record custodians, and FamilySearch is required to honor them.

    A helpful way to support others is to:

    • Share only the details you can legally transcribe from the record, such as names, dates, places, and relationships.

    Thank you for helping keep our community in harmony with the custodians who make these records available. Your care ensures continued access for everyone.

    @AmySikora I visit my FSC and AL at least once every week. I'll be happy to retrieve an extract of the information for you on my next visit.

    Thank you so much! If you can't get a screenshot because it's restricted, the information I'm most interested in is if it mentions his military service, particular what ship he served on. Anything about parents, current occupation, etc would be wonderful as well.

    Hi @AmySikora
    I'm afraid there is almost no information in the record for Anthony Bilizoli. The minute book has a simple one-line entry for the date he took the oath. That is all. Many other people are listed on the same page, also with a single-line entry.
    I suspect there is another book containing Folio 485, but that information is not in the minutes. I haven't found a book listed in the FS catalog that might hold more information. If you do, please ping me, and I can try again.

    To the clerk of the General Court for the Western Shore

    A list of the names of the persons who took the oath of Allegiance and made the Declaration of Belief in the Christian Religion and the time when taken and made as required by Act of Assembly entitled “An Act for Naturalization” to wit.

    Anthony Bilizoli Oath 3 Aug 1795

    The information is on DGS 8357095 Images 228-29.
