UI to remove an indexed field is confusing

In the record image viewer, it isn't clear how you'd remove a field. For example, if I wanted to remove the "son" relationship, it is unclear how I'd do it. Turns out the way to do it is not to click the "x" next to the name. The correct way is to click "Add more information" then remove the field.

Yes, you have to click "Add more information" to remove information. This is very confusing and should be improved.

Same issue exists for name fields. How do you remove the surname field? Unintuitively, you have to click "Add more information."

The "Events" editor is better: it says "Add or remove fields" instead.
