Help finding birth certificates of great grandparents
hello! I’m struggling to find my great grandparents birth certificates. My great grandmother; Elsa Dshuhan or Dschuhan was born in 1928 in Zaporozhzhia, Ukraine.
my great grandfather; Vladimir Antipov/ Volodymyr Antypov was born either in the year 1923 or 1924 in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.
if anyone could help it’s deeply appreciated. If more information is needed I’ll try my best.

Since they were born less than 110 years ago, we have to ask:
Are they living or deceased?
If they are still living, then the FamilySearch Community cannot help due to privacy policy.
If one or both are deceased, then you may have more luck joining the Russian Empire Research group and asking for assistance there.
Be sure to copy-paste your great-grandparents' FS Person ID numbers because their profiles may have additional clues.1 -

And Walter's obituary, found on MyHeritage, lists his date of birth as 19 July 1922.
