Error in records display

Hey everyone..

Recently I have encountered a problem while viewing records on family search. When I try to open the files, the page shows error:

"Something unexpected happened.
If the problem persists, try again or refresh the page."

(the actual english message might be a little different, as my message is shown in Slovak)

It is happening even with records I have been able to study before, and on multiple computers, multiple browsers and multiple connections. Yes, I have tried clearing the cookies, but with no result.

It is not new, I've encountered this problem probably 2 weeks ago, but now i I am not able to view almost none of the records (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't).

Did any of you encountered the same problem? Did you find the solution? Or is there a problem with servers?

Thank you!

    @Pavol745 Please give me some page examples so we can troubleshoot the problem. A URL with the message and a screenshot would be helpful.

    I was unable to recreate the problem on some of the most used records.. but here is one example:

    @Pavol745

    What do you get if you just use this URL (deleting everything from the "?" forward):

    https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9RQN-98RG

    @SantaNinfa good catch!

    @Pavol745 the image is viewable for me when I use the shortened link provided.

    Oh, yes.. It works like that.. as it turned out, I got the error message mostly when I coppied existing link from source list in family tree..

    That was easier than expected!

    Thank you!

    @Pavol745 Great! I'm glad that worked for you.

    @shecorwe I'm wondering if the problem OP encountered has to do with the new viewer having difficulty opening links from someone's source box that were added as sources to a profile, since forcing the old viewer worked. It's hard to know with just one example.
