1921 Canada census search function does not seem to be able to search
The search function does not seem to be able to search and find people in the 1921 Canada Census. It makes it look like there are very few people listing available. For however long this census has been available on FS. It has never worked properly..Example is the last name Walker , it does not find any in Quebec where there are several (Fabien Walker and family ). I was able to find them in the version on the Canadian web page. The transcription is wrong , they saw it as Wallas . I would have been happy if FS had come up with this option at least.

Yes — this census is currently missing millions of searchable records and we are aware it is an important resource for finding ancestors in Canada. The issue has already been reported and reviewed with our engineering team, and we’re hopeful the full collection will be restored soon.
