I am looking for the birth or baptism record of César Fischer Bustillos, who was possibly born in Piura, Peru, between 1870 and 1900.
Based on family information I have gathered, his father may have been Matías Fischer, who was of German origin.
Could anyone advise me on which historical archives, civil registries, churches, or parishes in Piura I should search to locate this record?
