I found this record using the Full Text search. When I "Save Record," "Attach to Person in Family Tree," and "Add Name," go through that process perfectly, then attach to page, everything disappears a few hours later. Why does it not stay attached?

@Bonobo52 Hello, I looked at all 13 Sources attached to Luc Perreault do not display that message. Can you try it again? There could be maintenance going on at that time of day.

@FlyFisher53
It's only those sources added from full-text. For example, on LTTD-DWC, from one of the screenshots:

Hey, so I can redo the entire process and it will appear to be working properly, but doing so is how I know that there is a problem. Yesterday, I attached a source to John Cameron, twice. It seemed to work the first time, then it vanished, so I did it again thinking it was just a one-off glitch. Then I checked this morning to discover it vanished again. I even wrote a comment regarding the detachment and reattachment.

This page also. The issue is with the attachment of Full-text search documents via the process I mentioned earlier this morning. The person added to the document falls off, so the document does not stick to the page anymore. Another thing to note; adding a name after it had attached as a source will not stick anymore either.

@Bonobo52 I use the same process to attach from full-text search. I spot-checked a few of mine this morning, after seeing your post. All of mine seem to be functioning correctly.
There may have been a glitch at some point. The glitch may still be present, but I attached one record this morning from full-text, again to test after seeing your report, and it works as expected.

Good luck! @Bonobo52

@Bonobo52 I'm not sure, but this appears to be the same issue we're having with some Philippine notarial records that were also created through Full Text. The problem with those is connected with it being an auto collection. These records you have created are also not from a regular Historical Records collection:
I guess, what I'm saying is that the problem is likely connected to records and not with Full Text or Source Linker.

@SerraNola Your explanation seems to fit with my findings. As far as I have found, all the sources I've attached from full-text are functioning normally. I generally access from a specific DGS or known collection, rather than from a full-text "on the fly" collection.
This alert, from full-text search, may be relevant.2 -
It happened again. The glitch this time took several days to occur after re-doing the Full-text search process from above. Based on what others have said thus far, is it the record that is glitching? How to stop that from happening?

I added names to legal documents, such as Notary documents, Probate documents, Land Transaction documents. They all seem to have fallen off after a few days. So, it looks like those types are not able to add names to.

Is there an update that is made during the weekend that disappears everything?
