I keep having sudden crashes in full name review

I usually just reload and skip the names when this happens, but its happened 3 times in a row on the same document. The problem is increasing in frequency, and I'm hoping the engineering team can fix it.

@AnthonyHopkins5 I have completed several Full Name Reviews this morning and have not experienced any crashes. I will keep an eye on it and continue to work on Full Name Review to see if I notice any crashes. Could have been the batch you were working on. Let me know if you experience them again.

Its rare that it happens, but for some reason it was happening over and over again on that one record.

crashes seem to occur when the system runs low on number of names available in that document or when cookies need clearing — I clear FS cookies often about every 100 names or so

@AnthonyHopkins5 I agree with @maryellenstevensbarnes1 Full Name Review does seem to malfunction when the system is low on names.
