6 hours drive away. I am teaching her as she is unable to attend a nearby Center. Is there any way to share my screen aside from the screenshot method?

Use the "Help Others" Feature (For Immediate sessions) You can instantly access a patron's tree from your own device by using their Helper Number:
- Get their Helper Number: Ask the patron to look up their 5-digit alphanumeric Helper Number. They can find it by signing into FamilySearch, clicking their name in the top right, going to Settings, and looking under the Permissions tab.
- Sign in as a Helper: On your own FamilySearch account, click your username or the help icon in the top right corner and select Help Others.
- Enter Details: Input the patron's username (or full name and birth date) and their case-sensitive Helper Number, then click Sign In.
- Work Together: A green or red banner will appear across the top of your screen saying "You are helping [Patron's Name]". You can now navigate their private tree spaces and look at records together over a standard phone call.
Because the Helper feature does not transmit your actual voice or cursor movements, the best practice for consultants is to log in using their Helper Number while talking to them on a standard phone call or a free phone utility. You can tell them exactly what you are clicking, and because you are both looking at the exact same data, they can follow along on their own computer screen
