How can I remove a person from my tree

I have found that several names have been added to my tree that are not part of my family. DNA has proven this. I find they were added based on a genealogy book by James Harris Fitts. My family ancestors are from Virginia, and the individuals in question are from Massachusetts. There are four families with the surname Fitts that are not related. I would like to remove names from my tree, and could you please help me so I can do this?

We users cannot delete profiles from the FS Tree, but we can edit the relationships to detach profiles connected to our ancestors in error.
