I have an issue with 2 people showing on my tree twice:
I have been trying to solve this without much success. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Often, the cause of profiles showing twice in the graphic representation of the tree is a double relationship. For example, my grandparents were 3rd cousins, descended from two children of the same 2nd great-grandfather. So, my 4th great-grandparents, David Elder and Mary Phillips, appear twice in my tree. You can see that the profile numbers (PIDs) are the same, meaning there are no duplicates in the tree. It's just how the graphic plays out.

Looks like you got this fixed by removing Margaret from also being the child of Charles and Sarah Ann. Was that the problem?
