@EarlCase Accurately standardising placenames or dates almost certainly requires human intervention to decide between various options. For instance, if the birthplace just says "London", is that London in Ontario or London in England? You can read the rest of the data for that person and make a decision - the system can't. (If it could do so accurately, we wouldn't be needed)
So no, you can't standardise all data for a person with one button press.

There is no simple way to find everyone you are related to in Family Tree. According to a lecture at RootsTech this year Family Tree has over 1.8 billion profiles. If you have any lines that go back ten to fifteen generation, you are going to be related to most of those people in some way.
