Need help locating birth or christening records for Prince Edward Island 1811-1847 period

I am looking for source documentation for birth or christening/baptismal records for:

Joseph Smith Maxfield (KWZ7-9VM) and his mother Elizabeth Baker (KWJC-QH4).

Family Search and Ancestry both list them as being born in Prince Edward Island.

I have already tried requesting records from PEI. Looking for other advice.

There are some baptism records for Bedeque, Prince Edward Island, but I don't see Joseph or his siblings listed.

Thanks! Another source that details her name as Elizabeth and not Sarah Elizabeth. That is also helpful. I have reached out to some organizations in Prince Edward Island to see if they can help located any source materials for birth record or christening. Since these events occurred before Prince Edward Island was part of Canada, I am wondering if I need to be looking in other places too.
