I'm new but trying to upload a scanned document (birth certificate) from United Kingdom that I just found in my mother's papers. I cannot get any searches to come up with this individual or a source for her birth. So now Mary Ann Clifton is in the records but without this beautifully preserved document.

Any help?

We would love to help! But we will need a few more details—I'm not sure if you are simply struggling with the steps to upload. Or if this is a different challenge.

Is this scanned document a pdf? Can you make it a pdf? If it is only a birth certificate (a single page), it shouldn't be too large of a file to upload. However, if it is a very large file, that might be a problem.
