Tech issue with full-text search drop-down

Since the recent full-text search update, it is impossible to select from the drop-down after the initial search is performed.

Start a full-text search https://www.familysearch.org/en/search/full-text
Example: 
Name: "John Smith"
Place: Robertson, Tennessee
Click Search
Click Edit Search
Try to change the place to Smith, Tennessee A drop-down will appear below the place with options. If you select any of the options, the screen will time-out and you will not be able to change the place.

This is happening on IOS and PC.
