Why is the chat button disabled?

You do realize that there is only one tree, Family Search calls it "The One World Tree", to show that we are all connected, anyone can add data or delete it whether it's right or wrong. If you want to keep your family information on this sight that is something you have to contend with, if something was changed and it's wrong, change it back and make sure that you add sources to prove it. The only way you can contact someone is if they chose to make their profile public.

When I've seen contributors that look like that (with "Unknown" followed by a contributor ID), it is always a very old contributor — back in 2012-2014 as Family Tree was being created. It's not a real person, but could be thought of as a system contributor created as part of the initial imports from various legacy systems into Family Tree. That explains why you can't chat with this contributor.
You asked "How do I get their information off of my tree?" Although this early imported data may not be connected to a human contributor, and their may be limited sourcing or reason statements for the contributions, I wouldn't think it prudent to simply try to remove such information from your part of the Family Tree. Rather, I would recommend that you use such contributions as a starting point for some research. Look for source records or other documentation for these people, their events, and their relationships.
