Can you add notes to the merge page?

I just merged two people because the info looked exactly the same on the merge page, didn't notice the note on one of the pages that mentioned they were different people.

    If you just made the merge, you can reverse it if you feel that the two profiles should not have been merged.

    @Kristy Brown Yes, that is correct! You can undo a merge. This link my help you. https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-undo-a-merge-in-family-tree

    You can not leave a note while on the merge screen, but you can use the Reason for Merge statement or leave a Collaborate Note to the surviving profile after the merge is complete. Please come back if you need more help with this!

    @Kristy Brown Please expand and clarify your original post:
    Are you looking to leave a note while merging as @betsy123 has commented?
    Or, in addition to Events and Sources, are you wanting the Merge page to list any Collaborate Notes/Discussions that are on profiles?

    If there is an Alert associated with a Collaborate Note, the merge page does notify of its existence.
