Paul Lombard , born about 1781. It is said that he was born in Marscille, France. He marries in Clare Digby about 1808 and has a large family. He dies in 1867 in Clare.

One thing I noticed on Paul's profile was the newspaper article implying he was in the French navy. You may want to ask if military service from that time period is traceable and/or genealogically helpful in the France Research group. They may be able to provide some guidance on Paul's roots as well. You will want to include his ID number (L66M-W4K) or a link to his page to help researchers.
