In September of 2025, two census records were added to a father and son in 1881 and 1900. Both of these are showing up as still being screened, even after all of this time. Is there a technical issue that needs to be resolved or should we just delete the memory source, then add it again? Here are the names and dates of the sources: Andrew Caldwell KCWQ-Y2Mm 1881 Canada Census, and his son, Andrew Boyd Caldwell, KNQM-78F, 1900 Census. They are the sources that have been added as a memory source with the picture icon and not the record from FS. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

I've had the same issue almost every time I have attached a PDF file. The "Screening" banner never disappeared. I then converted the file to JPG or PNG and reattached it to the source.

In the case of those 2 censuses PDF records, they are visible when clicked. Which leads me to conclude the screening was completed, but the banner got stuck.
