Are you aware of problems uploading profile pictures from Memories?

I can no longer capture an image from an uploaded Memory document for the profile picture for these individuals.

I concur that there is something broken.

I just now tried to change the profile pic for K4LG-YJL and it is stuck "Processing", same as it is with LR4D-5BQ and LR4D-5BZ.

Note: All photos have been screened and approved. The photo choice for K4LG-YJL was uploaded a year ago. The pics for the LR4D-5BQ and LR4D-5BZ were uploaded today.

Thanks everyone for reporting…..The Memories folks have been working on making several updates to Profile Pics. It looks like this is causing some difficulty.

I will report, but please try again and let me know if you are still experiencing any further problems. Details help our engineers. Thanks again for the help!
