This article says nothing about the situation when the AI-Research-Assistant does not appear on the home page of FamilySearch. Is it because it did not find any records, or what???
A few months back I saw these records presented by AI and found them most helpful in expanding my family tree. Then, one day, it was gone!

@LeonHolmes Thank your for your inquiry. When you sign in to FamilySearch, a dedicated AI box on your main dashboard will suggest up to 5 high-probability names that could extend your family tree. If this is not visible. please FamilySearch contact support by calling their North American phone line at 1-866-406-1830 (choose option 5 for assistance), or emailing nasupport@familysearch.org, or by accessing the live chat and support appointment options directly on the website.
