Opening Catalogs - Camera Icon
Apparently there has been some changes in the film viewing with catalogs. It used to be you could right click the camera and open in another tab, well that's not an option anymore. It just goes right to it without an option. I like to keep the list of books open in another tab because sometimes I have to have multiple books open to look for stuff and cross reference. I also need to see the list to locate certain things within the particular reel I'm looking at. If we could make that one change to go back like it used to be that would be great. That's how it used to be and it was a nice option. That's how all other links operate within browsers.

I generally never use right click to open in a new tab, I use ctrl-click - it's way faster when going down a list you want to keep open while opening the list's links in new tabs. That's how all browsers have done it for many years.
Would that work on that page? I would need to see that list you're looking at in order to test it.2

I'll give that a try but I'm faster with a mouse and more partial to that method since it's a developed task and habit and I know right clicking a link does that. But after I went and checked it out the ctrl-click does what the right click was doing for me so I guess I can do that way if I can always remember that.

I think you will find this is actually a way faster method since the motion of right-click, then slide down to the 'open in new tab' sub-menu choice is way slower than simply holding the CTRL key when you click. I can open 10 new tabs in under three seconds - no right-click method can do that.

I'm sure, once I get used to it. The operation still fires off the right-clicking command in my brain.
