Why am I unable to view the images for the records listed below?
I am unable to view the images for the records listed below.

I'm trying to view the marriage records for John W. Richey and Susan Norris; married 22 Dec 1873 in Iron County, Missouri.
Those records should be located under: "Marriage license records v. 1-3 1857-1889".
However, the listed film #915142 and DGS #7424353 takes me to: "Ironton, Iron, Missouri. Marriage Licenses 1881-1889" where all the images appear locked. Also note, the marriage I'm looking for took place in 1873, which should not even be in 1881-1889 records.
Please advise.
Thanks

I see the same when I try to view that register.
I did find this book with extracts from the register, in case it may be of use.

Thank you, Áine.ní.Donnghaile for the suggestion.
The indexed information for the images contains similar details. However, I want to view & inspect the actual image.
Thanks and regards.

I understand, but at this time that record is padlocked. There are some changes underway; I hope things settle down soon.
@SerraNola More mixed permissions? Based on the date, the record should probably be in Item 2; however, Item 3 is the only one that is open to view. Thanks.

@TGoymerac The film is divided: Item 1 1857-1873, item 2 1873-1881, and item 3 1881-1889. Items 1 and 2 are restricted and I will get this checked to see if it is in error.

Thanks Áine.ní.Donnghaile and SerraNola.
I wait for the results of your investigation.

@SerraNola
Just FYI - I viewed this record while at the FSC today, and saw the same corrupted thumbnail icon we discussed on other problematic records.1 -
Thanks, Áine. I will test out more examples of mixed permissions (using a public account) and, if the pattern is constant will submit this to engineering as an access error.

I came to the forum prepared to make almost the exact post. I am having a similar experience with the following collection, including the same corrupted thumbnail appearing as noted in the post by @SerraNola
"Deutschland, Baden, Erzbistum Freiburg, katholische Kirchenbücher, 1463-1931", FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QP38-WRKF: Sun Jan 19 11:18:24 UTC 2025), Entry for Joseph Fink and Elisabetha Hertsch, 12 Oct 1884.
I was able to see the original images for the bulk of the collection while at an affiliate library, but when it came to the specific record I've cited (basically the last 100 or so images in the collection), I received a message saying it cannot load the custodial link.
I'm hoping it may be an error that could be resolved as I'd really love to have access to the rest of this collection.
Thank you.

In this case, it is not an error. Item 4 on this film contains marriages in which the cleric added entries with years up to 1960 in the index, triggering the restriction. It's unfortunate he didn't start a new book!
When accessing films in a FSC or Affiliated Library, you should now be seeing this icon in Record Details when the film or Item number is unrestricted:
