Related family members not show as related
I seem to be seeing this more often. I have a third cousin, Ane Carlsdatter (MV7H-GFD), twice removed. It took a bit of work to get family members to appear as related. Usually it says "Relationship Unknown
We were unable to find a relationship at the moment. Learn more"
A lot of time when this happens, I just reload the page and then it says it is related. When I was working on her children, none of them showed as related, and after I added specifics about her marriage, including a source, it said that they were related. Now, when I look at her brother, it says that he is not related, even after multiple reloads.
Is this getting to be more common? I am seeing it a lot more recently.

@Joseph F Buchanan This is a known issue and is being worked on. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

I've been getting this issue too just today. It happens with direct line ancestors where the relationship is pretty straightforward, so I think the relationship viewer is just broken.
I tried with different PCs. One is a FamilySearch Center chromebook, the other was a Windows 10 PC with Chrome. I had someone else try with a Windows 11 machine. Same result.
Tried turning on relationship viewing in my account. Didn't change it.
Again, it seems like a bug.0 -
Just today it was showing my 6th great grandfather as not related (Povel Hemmingsen KN31-J6X). Until I navigated to him and then downwards to my 3rd great grandmother Kirsten Hansdatter (M29M-4ZV), where it finally said I was related, that it started to say I was related to him and other of his descendants, my 4th cousins, particularly, that we are related now.
