What to do when one of the fields is bugged and doesn't let me proceed in attaching the image?

I'm trying to attach this marriage record image (that isn't indexed) in my part of the tree, but when I write the wife name in the second step (Events), the field continues to say I didn't write anything and demands the field can't be empty, even thought it really isn't. I can't proceed.

Item 4 on that DGS, 4816060, returns an Image Restricted error.

Navigating to the page in the old viewer, without Item #s, allows the page to display, but I get the same error about an empty field.

@Luiz Hengs I tested this on a different page and also a different collection and got the same error. I will post this to the engineering team and they will see it in the morning Thank you for letting us know!

Áine, I the Image Restricted message does not pertain to the whole Item #, but it is deceiving. This is a problem that has popped up a few times in collections where blank or title board images were marked with a weird record type. The rights evaluator doesn't recognize it and assigns an automatic restriction. Thus, the patron clicks on a link that lands them in the first page and it is restricted. Engineers have not considered this much of a problem, but now that our catalog and other links are landing on the first page, I will bring it to their attention again.

@Luiz Hengs While engineering is working on this bug, here is a workaround: Create the spouse first before trying to add them to a marriage event. Then select the spouse and add relationship to primary person. (I found that the record with the primary (husband) remained after giving up on adding the spouse.) Hope that works for you.
